Plus sized fashion has become more popular these days with a lot of variety. However, plus sized women often believe that the larger the clothes are the more it hides. This is just not the case. Here are a few tips for plus sized women who want to play up their features or learn what suits their personal body shapes.

Clothes That Fit

Bigger is not better when it comes to plus sized clothes. Baggy clothes on a larger woman make them seem bigger than their actual size. Tight clothes ride up and bunch, showing every hill and valley, bulge and lump. Find clothes that fit you without being overly tight or overly large. When you find a particular item of clothing that fits you well, buy several pieces of it in different colors.

Lycra is Not Always Your Friend

Unless Lycra is in your undergarments, plus sized women should avoid this material or any stretchy material. It hugs the body and will stress every flaw, ripple or dimple.

Simple Styling

The more frills, big patterns or stripes the larger you will look. A simple tailored fit is more in line with a lean look on a larger woman.

Solid Colors Create a Solid Look

Keep your tone the same color top to bottom adding splashes of colors in the accessories. Contrasting colors will interrupt the illusion of leanness in a plus sized woman.

Smile!

This is the first thing people will notice and remember. Not the clothes you wear.

It must be tough to be a man. Especially when it comes down to fashion and jewelry trends. How does a man find out what is hot and what is not when ninety nine point nine percent of fashion advice is geared toward women? This is especially true of jewelry trends but now every man can get the latest chic jewelry from Scott Kay.

With his insistence on quality and excellence, this innovative jewelry designer makes beautiful, chic and elegant masterpieces for both men and woman. Not just rings and earrings, Kay designs for the modern man and woman. Items like the men’s silver onyx bead bracelet or the silver equestrian dome braided bracelet, are artistic designs which are both masculine and elegant allowing a man to wear quality jewelry he can be proud of.

Perhaps he is not into bracelets and prefers something a little more masculine. Scott Kay creates a dog tag that is no ordinary tag. Beautifully crafted with sparta engraving and black onyx, this pendant is not for the meek and mild. Even men who do not like to wear jewelry in the conventional sense of the word can own and exhibit a Scott Kay creation with key rings or cufflinks in his “Art of the Man” collections.

This designer has only one rule – never compromise. It shows in the artistic handcrafted jewelry of the highest quality and his innovative designs have made him the most coveted designer of the millennium. Men and women alike are proud to own and wear a Scott Kay Creation.

If you are into fashion, you must have heard about the Ecko brand. In fact, Ecko has 12 sub brands, all catering to different categories of fashion. With everything from women’s fashion to eyewear, and more, This is a brand that has been very popular through the last few decades.

Fashion designer Mark Ecko started the Ecko brand. It first became in the 1990′s, and since then has just gained momentum. In fact, in early 2000, it quickly made its way into the mainstream fashion culture. In the very beginning, Marc’s business was essentially a garage-based operation. It takes time to make it in the fashion world, and so at first, it was slow. Since that time, though, the brand is now worth well over $1.5 billion. The Ecko brand started off as a men’s clothing brand, targeted toward urban males. Since that original idea, though, the brand has expanded. Now, you can find Ecko clothing for all styles, all age groups, and even all accessory types.

Ecko has been known to work with many celebrities for endorsements. For example, Marc Ecko worked with rapper 50 Cent for a while, to help the brand reach a wider consumer base than he would have without the endorsement. Vanessa Hudgens has also endorsed the products, and, in fact, Sneakernight, one of the songs on her second album, has been used for campaigns for the Ecko shoes. Even if they are not specifically endorsing the product, many celebrities today have been spotted wearing Ecko clothing or accessories. Most currently, UFC and WWE fighters have been seen in the clothing, which makes it popular in these crowds, as well. For example, Frank Mir, John Cena, and Michael Bisping have all been seen in Ecko brands.
