As many of you know, millions of people around the world are suffering from diabetes and its complications. We know that millions of people around the world are praying for a cure. As director of Todae, it is my belief that each and every one of us has a direct connection to God. We are not here to act as a liaison between you and God. Rather, we are here to help empower you so that we can all realize that we are all worthy and God is listening to each and every one of us. So let's pray together in spirit. Regardless of religious belief or background, we would like to ask every individual to please put aside whatever they are doing at a scheduled time to spiritually join together in a short but powerful prayer for the discovery of a cure to end diabetes. Millions of children are diagnosed with diabetes and will receive multiple insulin injections every day until a cure is found. Diabetes is a lifelong disease and the complications are serious. All we are asking for is a moment. A moment from you now could make the difference of a lifetime for a child with type one diabetes. |
